Intro cutscene from the 1998 Star Wars: X-Wing Collector Series edition of the PC game, X-Wing. (Video cropped to 16:9 aspect) Alongside texture and model improvements to the game engine, the opening cutscene was completely redone. Changes included a complete graphical overhaul. Also, the music was remastered. One other change included the removal of the Independence hanger scene, presumably to improve the pace of the cutscene.
